Wonderful film with great performances from the three leads and a beautiful score. After this triumph, Joanna Cassidy deserved better roles.
A good film with some strong sequences and one brilliant line -- "Maybe we should have killed an American journalist fifty years ago," a Nicaraguan woman says to Claire after news is released that government soldiers killed Alex, a famous journalist, feeling that now Americans will understand the conditions the Nicaraguans have been living under for many years.
