Worth the watch. Most of the martial-arts scene were incredible, while the performance from Jet Li was great, and Bob Hoskins (Who Framed Roger Rabbit) was perfect as the main antagonist. The dialogue is really shitty in some parts, especially between the family that adopts Danny. But, other than that, this movie had a lot of great parts that together made it an entertaining movie.
This is the film where I began to respect Jet Li as a true actor, and not just a kung-fu action star. While this film is still full of action, Jet Li's fighting is portrayed as more raw and intense. More real and emotionally affecting. Along with Li, there are some great performances in the film. Quite an interesting story as well. Definitely worth a watch.
