aaaaaaaa y ni hablar de la actuación de la Penelope CRuz, hace de artista loquilla suicida y exitosa.......................una gran pelicula del Woody Allen ...y tb actua el Bardem, pero eso es menor pq la historia es de mujeres bkns.
What makes this funny and at times painful investigation of romance and sex and self-discovery work is a combination of the group of actors and the locale. The film feels really authentic and whilst all the actors are splendidly good, the acting honours are left to be split between Hall and Cruz who are both hypnotic whilst on screen. This one is a charmer.
The way as Allen takes control of the story is amazing and objective. Beyond the elements like "the foreigner" in other land and the relationships with the love in the life of couples in narrative.
We don't know what we want, and we don't know what we don't want. When we get what we don't want, we want it. When we get what we want, we don't want it anymore. At the end, we still don't know what we want and what we don't want for our life.
enquanto homem que sou há sempre uma estrela só para a scarlett johansson. enquanto conas que sou, outra é para o sr. allen. a outra, bem, é porque é um filme giro
I hate this film and everyone hates me because of that. I don't care if anyone who reads this decided to hate me as well. I just can't stand having such good actors portraying some of the dullest characters ever written: they just seem like a bunch of stupid people taking stupid choices. I'm a big fan of Allen, but aside from the landscapes and Penelope's very good acting, this is just crap. Don't waste your time.
Great movie, made me learn to like Woody Allen again (though it's kinda different from his past style). Always love Penelope Cruz - she's HELLA funny in this, plus an extra star for that. But minus two stars because the narrator has the most annoying voice ever. I don't care if Woody Allen probably did that intentionally...to mimic his own voice. Keep it out of a movie about sex in Barca.
The scenery is beautiful and the acting is dead on. And Penelope Cruz is amazing! This is one of my favorite movies.
A bit overhyped...Out of the films Woody Allen has made recently this definitely stands out as one of the best. However, in a filmography now spanning 6 decades it is certainly not among his most memorable works. Having said that it is nicew to see him trying new things in different locations and it was certainly a return to form after a long period of forgettable films such as Cassandras dream.
Easily one of Allen's best films of the 2000's and one of my most favourite from any decade. Bravo, Woody!
The Horror! The Horror! Dreadful. Allen's laziest film. Was that Ron Howard narrating..........
Daniela Saucedo Garza, Pedro, Michael Voegtlin, Mantvydas Mačijauskas
Never been a fan of Woody Allen's films. Overhyped romcoms with some OKAY performances.
