Waning

A man, a dead woman, a rundown apartment. Far from your typical murder mystery, Waning engages in a visual and temporal deconstruction of a homicide in a single, multi-layered frame. Relying on visuals rather than words, the film relays the incident in a manner akin to a memory: fragmented, but gradually assembling together a version of the truth from those pieces that leave the strongest imprint.
