Thomas, an emergency surgeon retreats to a mental asylum after a traumatic event. In there, he imagines himself to be in a western. His parents try to get him out and send an old friend of his, who has now become a priest, to help them. But the priest starts to like being in the fantasy western world and not his daily routine after Thomas convinces him to start imagining too. —Phil S.
