Five friends preparing to march in the annual West Hollywood Halloween Parade find themselves in a crazy adventure involving police chases, shoot-outs, drug lords and a harem of drag queens. The party pals gear up for the crazy parade, but the festivities turn chaotic when someone kidnaps Anna Nicole Smith’s (playing herself) adorable dog, Sugar-Pie.
