Synopsis

Suburban high school teacher Joshua Polansky (Bobby Cannavale) finds his world coming apart by degrees over summer vacation when his wife (June Diane Raphael) announces she’s ready to end their marriage and a host of other family problems rear their ugly head. Joshua’s response: A full-scale retreat from adult life that involves embarking on a romance with a former student (Danielle Panabaker), who has qualms of her own about life.
