I think the title sums the film up nicely.

Wanted to like this one more than I did. The cast is great - particularly Bill Pullman, who gets to do his best weirdo schtick in full bloom, and the plot is a decent comic mystery. But the whole thing is missing some kind of spark, the pieces never really gel into a cohesive whole. A pleasant enough watch, but falls short for some intangible reason.
