Who Cares?

As part of the Student Film Festival London events,Panos London launched a 72 hour film challenge for five student filmmakers to create a 3-5 minute short film around marginalized voices.

The films below will be featured for one week so join the conversation and let us know your favorite film. The lucky winner will be awarded a residency at the development charity to learn more about our work, particularly in terms of the use of participatory approaches to media and communication.
