Whoa, since when did BAND BAAJA BAARAAT sneak into here? Awesome! I remember only a 3-star rating. What changed?

I actually considered it for the list after my initial viewing, but as per usual, I leaned toward the 'cautious'. But I liked it just as much, if not more so, the second time around. I think there's a lot going for it: a terrific, single-minded screenplay that avoids conventional narrative/dramatic elements one normally comes across in mainstream Indian films, engaging performances, music, and a very casual, self-effacing visual style. Unfortunately, these elements are either missing or not as effective in the team's follow-up, 'Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl'.

There's indeed one and it's actually quite funny, like the rest of Hong Sang-soo's films. :) You're close: the image at the top is from another Romanian film, 'Tuesday, After Christmas'.

Thanks to your list, I'm gonna see The Autobiography of Nicolas Ceausescu. I've never heard of this film and I love Romania, so, I think it'll be a win. So, yeah, thank you.

You went by international release dates I see, a few of these will probably be on my 2011 list.
