I know you hate Kim Ki-Duk. amd Forrest Gump is a guilty pleasure of mine. I saw it while inebriated and fell in love. I've fought tooth and nail with Blue K about it, and won't stand down. I didn't see Sunrise at BAM, though I wish I was into film then. Oh well, maybe I'll get lucky and make you jealous one day. One can hope. I'll be sure to check those recommendations. I'll be at your level one day!

Wow you started pretty late. So Sunrise was your gateway drug? Did you see that at BAM a couple of summers ago when they had a live band accompanying it? Best movie going experience ever. (ok I'll stop bragging now) Not a bad list, except for 3-Iron and Forrest Gump. If you loved Cria, you should see some Erice as well as Saura's Peppermint Frappe.
