Couldn't help but notice the absence of non-English films. Korea was stellar the first half of the decade, and Japan was consistent throughout.

    Unfortunately I live in a very uncultured town. I rarely get exposure to foreign films unless they are released through the criterion collection, or they play at one of the film festivals I attend. I wish I had more knowledge of foreign films of the past couple decades.
