Four French films co-financed by Harry Schein and SFI

Harry Schein, the founder of the Swedish Film Institute, wanted Sweden to produce what he called “quality films”. His project didn’t go as planned, so he gave his money to Godard, Varda, Resnais and Bresson instead.
