I thought it was a pretty unique list list but i think A Clockwork Orange is cutting it a little close as far as pre dating punk goes, since it came out in 71 and Mc5 and The Stooges had already hit the scene in 69 and I’m a tad surprised he picked Pickup on South Street over Forty Guns but enough of my ranting; here’s the list.

Yeah it's a great list I don't why I've never seen it outside of the book. And yeah Monkey Business is punk for sure, while Duck Soup is my favorite, Monkey Business(a close second) is their most anarchic simply dropping the brothers in a goofy scenario without much concern for story or plot.
