Nice to see "The Fountain" here. My personal favorite are "Children of Men" and "City of God".

I can't stand Elephant and I'm not a big fan of The New World. Some of the others are okay though.

Its obvious you would like my runner up list, more than my actual list! Out of those films I have seen the following only once: -The Diving Bell and the Butterfly -Elephant -Fat Girl -The Fountain -Irreversible -The New World -Syndromes and a Century -Tetro -Y Tu Mama Tambien -Zodiac So obviously those two lists have a great chance of combining! I have not seen The Cove.

I would agree with all of your additions to this list, especially Syndromes, Empire, Irreversible, and Fountain. Zodiac I'm not too sure about. You know I loved me some Tetro. Should have added that to the Films I Need to Watch Again list. Oh, and you forgot No Country for Old Men and The Cove, you salty dog.
