I like it a lot (I'm a sucker for sprawling films), but I definitely don't think it even comes close to the other two.

Great list man. Breaking The Waves, Dogville, Bringing Out The Dead and A Serious Man are all great picks.
What's wonderful is it will probably be 360 films, not 36! It would be funny to see my hypothetical list ten years ago... 1. Star Wars 2. Raiders of the Lost Ark 3. Empire Strikes Back 4. Return of the Jedi 5. Jaws 6. Grease (hehe) And yes I have added Portrait of Jennie to my list. Every time I think about that film I don't stop for at least a week! Its just so wonderful. And now that Grey Daisies has pointed out that it has a DVD release I plan on buying it sometime this week or next. I look forward to finally seeing it again. Thank you so much for the recommendation!!!
Apursansar, Ah well everyone hates The Dreamers so its not an issue! Sean, Which ones haven't you seen?
Kurt, Haha everyone hates that one. I have not seen Regular Lovers but I have heard that it is like The Dreamers, but better, so I look forward to seeing it. Fredo, They do change often, and it seems like The Red Shoes and Mulholland Dr. are always making there way closer and closer to the top. Don't weep The Godather is an incredible film. 12 films are just more incredible. :)
Solid list Drew! Only film I dislike on this list is The Dreamers. Have you seen Phillipe Garrel's "Regular Lovers" ?
