Miss Amerigua was a pretty good film I have seen from Paraguay many many years ago. I will get around to submitting it.

You absolutely are right, it's a start. I think here is more potential: 1-2 pics (from paraguay or a film) in your list + text from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinema_of_Paraguay or http://www.sensesofcinema.com/2002/21/paraguay/ and i'm sure the list will get better and get more fans.
