The list is clearly a culmination of films throughout the years that have been considered dangerous by various authorities, be it a censorship body or a political/social power. Times change and many of these films have garnered an audience over the years but at the time many of these were considered dangerous to morale and social order

Basically I agree with everyone else. What makes any of these "Dangerous". A few of them are "disturbing" in a light sense of the word, but none of them challenged governments (maybe Freaks). But... what? Really what is this list?
