Reason: Because there has to be a list of Chilean films on Mubi.
Aside: “¡Viva Chile, Mierda!” is an expression we use to put emphasis on the “Viva Chile” part.
Description: A fine taste of Chilean cinema in no particular order. ~~And very few are probably on Mubi.~~

*I’m not including all of Raúl Ruiz ‘s films in exile, only the ones he made in regards to Chile or in co-production. (Ruiz migrated to Europe in 1973, after Pinochet’s Military Coup).

**Jodorowsky not included as his films were never shot nor produced in Chile.

And let us not forget CRISTIÁN SÁNCHEZ.
