It’s on BitTorrent.
Do these stills look like they are better quality than your DVD?

If so, I don’t mind just going ahead and uploading it myself.
Riss- my dvd is NOT better than that- those screenshots look fabulous. If you upload it yourself, I’ll give you my third child. Thanks!
I’ll upload it and you can do me and the kid the favor in return by keeping the kid. :)
heh
Anyone have a eutorrents.com invite?
there’s a lot of gaps on the blog, let me know if you need me to ferret anything out
Yeah anything you can help out with getting on YT would be good. For example:
The Corporal and Others
Touki Bouki
The Temptation of St. Tony
Memories of Underdevelopment (the current version on Google is kind of crummy)
Paradise Now
A Buddhist Ascetic Mandara
on it!
A better quality version of The Rose Seller has been uploaded to the blog.
anyone can help for streaming links or Letter from a Filmmaker to His Daughter, please
It’s already up on the blog, Yuki
It’s possible I may not be around when Match #11 is set to close, so can someone please post a note in that thread that voting is closed at 10:00 PM GMT?
There’s a link up on the blog now for Small Town of Anara, the obscure film from Georgia. Big thanks to Pedja for this one. He had the copy of it that was hard subbed with Serbian subtitles. He did a translation of those subtitles to English and asked me as a native English speaker to look them over. He did an amazing job but I tried to clean the grammar up a bit the best I can. With the translating going through so many different phases there is still something to be desired, but I think for the most part it will all make sense and you will enjoy this film. It’s a lot of fun!
I’m not sure where Herbie is and the next one on the list we need streaming links for is Brazil – Limite (Mário Peixoto) (1931). Anyone got time to do this one?
Thanks
Got one up for Limite. Here are some coming up we need streaming for:
Jamaica – Smile Orange (Trevor D. Rhone) (1976)
Moldova – Palms (Artour Aristakisian) (1993)
Portugal – Uprise (Sandro Aguilar) (2008)
Canada – Good Riddance (Francis Mankiewicz) (1980)
I won’t be around tomorrow when the current match needs to close and the new one needs to go up. Can someone please volunteer to do this for me? Send me a message and I’ll give you instruction and the text to post in the new match.
Thanks!
I will upload the films I chose Smile Orange and Palms if no one has upped them already…..
I can do the other two if no one else has
uprise is available to watch on mubi. in the uk at least.
Plan change. I’m here after all.
Is there anyone who doesn’t Uprise available to watch on MUBI in their area?
If it’s availble for everyone to watch on MUBI then I encourage everyone to watch it there.
We need someone to upload some coming up:
Saraband
Made in Hong Kong
Heima
Nostalgia for the Light
Or do most people think they can find Saraband on their own? I have a feeling it’s not going to be that difficult for anyone to find, but I may be wrong.
3 of those are on netflix (not made in hong kong)
Or do most people think they can find Saraband on their own?
I’ve got it coming from my library in time for the vote (as I’ve seen the film it is against thanks to the blog). It should be easy to get for anyone who hasn’t already seen it (like me). I am curious to see this last film by Bergman and the ‘completion’ to his Scenes from a Marriage – which I saw years ago. This event is a good excuse for me to do so – thanks!
I’ll try to upload it and see what happens. Any help would be appreciated though. I don’t want to discriminate against some films over others. I’ll try to make them all equally available, but still always with the rule we’ve always had that if it’s available from a more legitimate source to try to watch it there.
the next match…anyone doing them riss??
i have them if you need them uploaded
I just uploaded Made in Hong Kong. Heima is uploading right now. We still need someone to do Nostalgia for the Light though.
ok will do that one
Could anyone upload Blissfully Yours?
Jerry Johnson
Riss- as far as I can tell, the film isn’t available with subs on yt or surrealmoviez. (although the unsubtitled print on yt is better than my dvd, so I’m quire jealous.)
Riss knows how to upload to yt, so I just need some help on ripping it. Thanks.
