Ali, I think the rule is stating that two films must be voted down by the collective per round, meaning make sure to vote down low performing films (Videodrome is currently at 2 by the way), and if that does not happen, all films lose a point and in the next round three films must be voted out by the collective or the rest again all lose a vote and we then must vote down four films as a single body.
So, basically, it’s kill off Videodrome time. Sorry my Canadian half-brother Dave.
