Hear me out, I don’t know if this is a good idea or not, but how about everyone just back off this thread for a bit until polaris gets back? huh, huh. I think now it’s gone a bit too far. I wouldn’t say that I haven’t created some things myself and I apologise for constantly bringing impassable arguments back up, but I just think it would be good for most people to just abstain from posting here anymore. That may be an impossible thing to ask, actually it is an impossible thing to ask. But people who are generally cordial to each other are now full out attacking each other. Ah whatever.
Tis the season for Festivus airing of grievances? All will settle down when the great peacemaker Polaris returns.
Now let’s move on the Feats of Strength.

Boy, I’m glad that I made it to a good year of watching films (although, there are a few films I’ve already watched before and a few I’ve just watched for the first time.) Feel great!
Close-Up (Kiarostami) +2
Goodbye, Dragon Inn -1
Possession -1

Nobody knows what anyone has or hasn’t seen when the votes are cast. This whole discussion is moot.
Thank God i’ve got the chance to see Make Way for Tomorrow this past week.
.. DiB, come out and play yay …
Is today the day this is supposed to start again? Just wondering…
today is the day DiB returns from belgrade. he may need some time to get settled in. also i still have to watch stone wedding. btw i highly recommend we won’t grow old together and have absolutely no problem with this film at #1
Is there a link for we won’t grow old together?
it’s a secret, doofu
all secrets should be voted against ;^}
that is yr prerogative, uli³cain
Cool. I’m excited to get votin again!
then don’t keep it a secret
^ can’t post download links in the forum
^ then tell people who to “talk” to
this site should include automatic membership to SMz :)
^ That would be great – how do we get Efe on board?
It’s kind of terrifying to think you’re all lying in wait for poor DiB… lol
still lying in wait… :P
Nice song choice, Ruby. That was always my favorite Fugazi song.
Is Polaris protesting until Dimitris is unmuzzled?
Re-unmuzzled, technically.
No protesting. Sleeping. I ended up not arriving back in Al Ain until an hour before I had to go to work, so I was awake for 27 hours straight. I’ll catch up tomorrow.
