Sienna Miller was in Steve Buscemi’s Interview, which I thought was a very good movie.
I actually really like Thandie Newton in Flirting with Noah Taylor and Nicole Kidman. She’s very sweet.
And Jennifer Aniston was in Friends with Money and The Good Girl, holding her own in both.
Agree that The Good Girl and Friends with Money are two fine films. Aniston is actually a very talented comic actress, it’s just a shame that a lot of people can’t see past her role as Rachel in Friends.
For me, the one actress that springs (nay leaps) to mind insofar as she’s never been in a good film is Keira Knightley. She has the uncanny ability of turning a promising film sour.

Atonement wasn’t that bad.
I really dislike Keira Knightley but I will say she was perfectly cast in Never Let Me Go.
How will she make out in the new Cronenberg?
I actually liked the parts of Atonement where Miss Knightley was absent, but she grates against me so much that I just can’t enjoy any film where she plays a prominent part. She’s the definition of “try-hard”.
Seeing her in the trailer for the new Cronenberg film is kind of like seeing a turd in a punch-bowl.
Jennifer Aniston is a Tv. actress which is only good for acting in Soap style Tv. series,cause she can only act as herself.Like everybody in British Soap Eastenders & alike.She can’t be versatile.Acting her own character does not make anybody good actress…On the contrary means they are not capable of acting.But @ friends she is very very good because she’s not acting only being herself!!! She is lucky to be married to Brad Pitt & divorce in a mediatic style- that’s what made her famous.

I liked Bad Lietnenant: PoC-NO and thought that We Own the Night was good enough to be called “good”. Mendes herself is not a terrible actress, though used more for eye-candy than anything else. I also thought that The Other Guys was good.
As far as Pauly Shore goes, I enjoyed some of his films when I was young and into general stupid comedy/Holy Grail/Leslie Nielsen/Mel Brooks stuff, so I can still watch something like Encino Man and enjoy it for nostalgia’s sake if nothing else.
And to whoever said Megan Fox, have you seen Passion Play? I haven’t, but it seems like I remember somebody talking it up on this site.

Wow, wow, wow. Either you’re related to her or you’re one of the countless producers who had their knob polished by Eva Mendes. Her lips should not be used to make sounds, except for slurping.

Will Ferrell starred in Woody Allen’s Melinda and Melinda (and he was quite good in it, I must say). I can’t really think of any actors who have only appeared in bad movies. Most people seem to have at least one decent film in their filmography.

Once again, Bullock was in ‘Infamous’, which not only was her best performance, but a pretty good film (it holds up incredibly well over ‘Capote’)…
however, I will agree for the most part of what Tanhowser said about her (I have told people to watch ‘Crash’ simply so they can watch the scene with her yelling at Brendan Fraser and place it alongside the one where Terrence Howard goes off on Ludacris- effectively showing people the wrong way and right way to act angry)
