There is at least a DVD in England with english subs. I think there must be also one released in the USA.
As a matter of fact, this is one of Wenders most beautiful films.

I watched some clips of this on youtube, but unfortunately, I don’t speak German. Nevertheless, this looks like a beautiful movie. Does anyone know where to get a version of this film that has english subtitles that I could watch in America?
