I’m in a short animation contest at my university and I honestly would appreciate if you helped me. You get very little out of it, so I can’t make you do it. But if you could take two minutes to watch and vote for my film, I would really fuckin’ appreciate it.
Though my film is not a great film, I am attempting to be a good soldier of cinema by creating images that mean everything to me. I truly believe I created the most personal film out of the three submissions. So, the only reason I care for this contest is because if I win, it will be—in my opinion—a triumph of personal expression over films that have very little to say. I am a soldier for personal expression. Decide for yourself, and be a fellow soldier. The film with the most “likes” wins, Facebook and YouTube combined.
