A Serious Man is one of those Coen Bros. films that could either be brilliant or really really terrible, but as far as them being ‘back’? I don’t think they ever left ‘cause No Country For Old Men I thought was wonderful and they’re pretty consistent as in every other film seems to be pretty good. Burn After Reading was a bit of a reach, kind of what Serious Man seems to be – one of their quirky hit or miss projects.

To be honest, you can never be to sure how far they get out there. They are unique nonetheless; but they are sometimes to unique?
