Thomas Turgoose in This Is England is one one the most memorable in recent years.
As for the Leon Oscar discussion, I doubt that the Academy would bestow awards upon a French action in which a twelve year old girl attempts to seduce the much older man who is training her to be a contact killer. Doesn’t matter if its brilliant, they frown on that.
