The look of Bakshi’s Wizards is kind of amazing

Rotoscoping and photorealism and stylistic collage abound to mind-burning levels. And the major transitional sequences in his non-rotoscope titles exhibit incredible imagination.
Fritz the cat -I always wanted to be a crow.
I saw a movie once about humans that were enslaved in another planet they had a ring around their necks that would not allow them to escape, can anyone remember the title of that animated movie. It came out in late 70’s around the same time Fritz the cat came out.
Ugh…I’d rather not think about FRITZ THE CAT. Now THERE is a mean-spirited movie and baaaaaad trip.

Ooo! Please tell me you’re talking about Little Nemo:Adventures in Slumberland! Oh man. I grew up watching that and The Princess and the Goblin and The Last Unicorn. Not sure I would consider them the best animations, but they will always have a place in my heart. :)
