Mad Max’s dog in “Mad Max 2”, both for the amazing double-take at the beginning of the film and for many other good scenes:

The lovable fellow was, as I recall, adopted by one of the stunt co-ordinators after the filming ended and lived out his doggie years in comfort. Well deserved.
