Initial search turned up nothing, except this… a real rarity which potentially could provide you with a lead:

You could always call the person selling and ask them to read you the track listing off the back of the LP…
Are you looking for a recording of the soundtrack or the waltz that that portion of the score is based on?
Nick, this is probably Wiener Blut or Vienna Blood Waltz. it is included on most collections of Strauss waltzes.
@rregan: Thanks!
@Matt: I would personally like the piece in the soundtrack, but where can I find it?
As far as I can tell, Nick, the soundtrack was never released on CD, so, if you’re vinyl-enabled, your best bet would be a used LP. Otherwise maybe it exists on a torrent somewhere? If you’re willing to settle for a similar arrangement on CD, to my ear, this one sounds fairly similar and is inexpensive.

In the research I have done, I have come across two different titles for the waltz that plays for Helen and Bob: “Vienna Blood Waltz” and “Vienna Life Waltz”. Can anyone point me the right direction, and perhaps to a version with similar instrumentation as heard in the film?
