Halim, if you think the subject of The Class sounds interesting, watch the TV show The Wire (the best American television series ever, perhaps?), specifically season 4 that deals with the school systems. Far superior!
It’s interesting to compare this year’s festival with last year’s. This year’s seemed more exciting somehow.

I really hope Laurent Cantent’s “The Class” will come to Toronto or at the very least they will have some special screening for it in New York before the New York Film Festival. It sounds like an interesting movie, and I went to a high-school very similar to the one that was depicted in the movie, so I am extra curious.
