I am really looking forward to this film. Rick has a way of bringing out the best in his actors, something that many directors just can’t seem to do. He publicly dotes on Zac Effron, and I trust this director if he says this young actor does a fantastic job. I also am coming off only seeing Effron in High School Musical and am looking forward to leaps and bounds of improvement in acting that I have a feeling I will see. I love Rick’s movies especially his period pieces because they don’t happen very frequently. With this one being about the theatre excites even more, with a background in theatre it’s always interesting to see a film directors take on a story about the theatre. I have high hopes for this film and can’t wait to see it!
Too bad “DavePunkt” is an advertiser that only makes me wear my Godard cape and hate on the film.

The guy playing Orson almost nails it, and thats saying a lot. Its not quite Foxx doing Ray Charles, but it looks like a good job.
I’m going to see it as I love Welles, so I’m interested.

This film looks great!! They have profiles on MySpace, Bebo, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook, and on the Facebook profile they’re runing a Team Efron competition where you can bag yourself a ‘Zac Pack’ and win tickets to the London premiere of the movie!
Really looking forward to this one. I’ve read good things about Zac Efron’s performance in a completely different kind of role to what he’s used to.
Roll on December!!!
