Definitely check out Cinema Classics @ 167 7th Ave south in the Village. They have a great selection of hard to find DVDs, all organized by director and actor. They have lots of foreign and criterion, they even had “Chimes At Midnight”, which I didn’t know they made on DVD
YES! I got some wacky giallo films there and they have some nonUS stuff too!

I’m going to New York on vacation June 10-17 and I would like to be able to see som gems on the big screen, what cinemas show art house/classic movies like the ones here on theauteurs.com? links to cinemas homepages would help allot.
I would also like to buy some great DVDs, what’s the best tores in NYC?
