Jon is alive and well. He simply has minions to do his bidding while he sips Earl Grey tea and schemes on how to insert Godard quotes into every possible conversational situation.
Hehe…Mulvaney is a real guy. Maybe people are saying that now because he is being barraged with questions about Blu-ray replacement cases.
If he has minions, perhaps that explains why some inquiries are answered quickly and others not so quickly.
Can the people that said jon’s real please state how they know that. I am not saying he’s not real, I just know a few people that work at criterion and I know them in “real life” and I was just wondering If the two people on this thread that are declaring his existance actually know or have met Jon in “real life”.

I’ve read that Criterion’s customer service guy John Mulvaney is fictional and that Criterion customer service is actually handled by several people. Can any fellow Criterion junkies confirm or deny this rumor?
