I’m usually not that enthusiastic about Zwartjes, but this one was really good (I loved the music).
Comfort and Joy was very disappointing for me. I just didn’t see in it the sort of fantasy that I liked in Forsyth’s previous films.

Zwartjes stuff is all looking way too much the same for me. I went with Comfort & Joy even though I didn’t enjoy it as much as the other Forsyth films used so far. Wow, I was so frustrated at the beginning of this movie. I wanted to reach out and slap Matty for being so self centered and to slap Alan for worshiping her and encouraging her to be so horrible to him.
