Twilight, Saw VII, Predator, Yogi Bear…are you serious? I’m assuming you’re justjoking around, but unfortunately it’s hard to tell with some people these days :p
Anyway, I’m looking forward to a few films:
Jerzy Skolimowski’s Essential Killing
Sharunas Bartas’ Indegene d’Eurasie
Frederick Wiseman’s *Crazy Horse
Béla Tarr’s A Torinói ló
Can’t think of any others right now.
From what little I’ve seen this year, these are my current top 5 films /2010:
1. Essential Killing (Jerzy Skolimowski)
2. The Oath (Laura Poitras)
3. Double Tide (Sharon Lockhart)
4. 9 Leben (Maria Speth)
5. Frozen (Adam Green)
Other than that, everything’s pretty mediocre, and none really stood out…
I hope Hollywood will release something good in these two months that are left. everything
this year was for toilet except for few solid films like Brooklyn’s Finest, Inception, the Expendables
and Iron Man 2.
Andhika Eka Buana
Norwegian Wood
and for the geek inside me, Scott Pilgrim VS the World
