He’s mad Bridesmaids didn’t get nominated?
That’s a film that pleases a particular demographic really well and everybody else hates. And it’s fine if he wants an award show that just nominates crowd pleasing mainstream, but that’s never what the Oscars have been about. Oscars have been about nominating movies that please 50 year old upper middle class casual film fans, so of course violence and sex get left out.
