NPR’s Fresh Air has some good interviews. I just heard an older one with Sidney Lumet recently. Also, Michael Caine has been on the show, and he gives a really good interview.

Its not on YouTube, but the Brian DePalma interview on the Criterion ‘Blow Out’ release is one of the best I’ve ever seen of ANY director. Certainly the best DePalma interview.
