here you go, FilmFlam:

On phone so I can’t post pics, but Judex (both) and Kingdom of Heaven.
Butterflies Have No Memories (Lav Diaz)

Reason, Debate and a Story (Ritwik Ghatak)

The King of Masks (Biàn Liǎn)

…also check out Kenji’s MASKS list.
Valerie and Her Week of Wonders (1970)

I’m also fond of the masks in 5 Deadly Venoms.
I enjoyed the masks in The Town (2010), if only because it gave Anthony Lane the opportunity to quip, “talk about solving a problem like Maria.”
Thanks for a few additions to my list, and looks like my nuns list too! Kubrick had a thing about masks, whether physically worn ones or mask-like expressions
Sound of the Mountain (Naruse Mikio, 1954)

Heat (Michael Mann, 1995)

not a conventional mask, but…

Mon Oncle d’Amerique

Alice, Sweet Alice
Halloween
Manhunter
Killer of Sheep (Charles Burnett)

Ghost World (Terry Zwigoff)

“El Santo” films from various years…

“Phantom of the Paradise” (1974)

“Halloween” (1978)

“Friday the 13th” (1980)

“Grunt! The Wrestling Movie” (1985)

I’m surprised nobody has mentioned the gimp in “Pulp Fiction” (1994).
Finally…
“The Stepford Wives” (2004)

Can’t find a picture, but the original Sleuth has Michael Caine in a creepy clown mask.
Also, let’s not forget the obvious:

Darth Vader, Boba Fett, plus a Stormtrooper—three great masks in one picture!
¡Que Viva Mexico! (Sergei Eisenstein)

V for Vendetta. Yeah, I know its a comic first and all, but damn if that’s not a cool mask. Perfectly creepy and epic at the same time. I even own a super cheapo plastic one.

Profound Desires of the Gods

Eyes Without a Face
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (’74)
(Whoever decided that Leatherface needed to wear makeup is a genius.)
I guess these are more full-on suits than masks, but whatever -
Inland Empire
The Shining
Also, +1 for Killer of Sheep.
I’d put in the mask from The Mask of Fu Manchu, and several from Zack Snyder’s 300.
Nobody mentioned Litan so far? There are so many great & weird masks in this film!
Georges Franju knows his masks:

From Nuits rouges.

So, for my short I have a man who wears many masks. I want to know if there are any really great masks you know of.
My personal favorites:
