I’m sure someone on this site has seen it, you’d be amazed, really.
well it’s at cannes, so someone’s gonna be seeing it soon.
It’s getting 3.5 stars on NetFlix. Why do they even allow people to rate movies that haven’t been released yet????
I think it has already appeared at Canne, so it is hardly unlikely no one has saw it.
The script is widely available online too
Someone earlier had suggested I read the script, never found the time. Did anybody read or watched the 78’ version of the movie?
I read the script. It’s basic Tarintino and of course the ending has another mexican standoff…
Some people on imdb and Netflix don’t understand how rating systems are supposed to work, and they rate movies they haven’t seen based on how interested they are in seeing them.
but lets face the sad part. anyone who’s seen it probably isn’t the people rating it on netflix and imdb. some people just hate things from certain people, so they figure why not give something not even out a bad rating. it’s just a matter of if it’ll end up being deserving of it or not.
i love quentin tarantino, he’s like the ultimate movie fan that makes movies. inglourious basterds is the first time i’m kinda nervous of how it’s gonna go, but i’m going in with hopes high.
are you aware that there are MANY people who’ve seen this movie before Cannes?? Anyone working with executives in TWC or even friends with assistants, editors, any friends who have seen screenings of it. The numbers are far more than you’d think when it’s not such a secret release or something as anticipated as The Dark Knight for example. I work in film production, and I’ll rate something when I see it, regardless of when it’s released. If the official release is drastically different from a version I’ve seen and rated, I’ll adjust accordingly.
This came out on limited release in England on Saturday, full release this Friday. I went to see it and the cinema was empty! All in all it’s a pretty decent film.
Alonso Díaz de la Vega
…can this film be rated since nobody’s seen it? Not even in imdb.com does anyone rate films before they’ve even come out. Now, in order to sound less like a ranting old man, please tell me, if there’s someone who’s seen it, why don’t you share your thoughts on it without spoiling it for the rest of us, but giving us kind of a preview?
