3 is usually my limit. More than that and I start to lose focus a bit. That said, depending on the week I might watch 2 movies a week, or 12.
Been keeping a list of all the movie I have watched this year, I think I’m at 61 movies in 51 days or something.
On average, I watch about 1-3 a day, equating to about 12-15 a week. But when it comes to film festivals or other such events, I have gone through as many as six features. I’ve seen nearly 80 films thus far in 2011, a personal best.
i try to watch one a day. sometimes i’ll do two or even three if i have nothing to do but i find that if i watch more than that they all kind of run together and they don’t get the attention they deserve.
i’m also pretty busy with work+school so more than that’s not really feasible anyway.
on average, it’s about two films a day and on a good day, it’s maybe four. when i watch more than one or two a day, I try to watch films that vary drastically from each other as to not have things run together in my mind. So, I might watch Die Hard, Band Of Outsiders and Adaptation to mix it up a little bit. exception is if I watch Kill Bill Vol. 1 then Kill Bill Vol. 2 has to proceed it.
40 million. Unless I’m watching something like Berlin Alexanderplatz, in which case, it’d be 39,999,985 that particular day.
Usually one a day. One a free day i might see 3 max. But very rarely I dont want to be just plowing through films. You got to let them sink in.
I guess it doesn’t depend on my mood (am always in the mood), but of my ‘luck’ (depending on what I can find AND also if the movie is interesting to me), I also have this habit of stopping films to make pauses, for two different reasons: a) I am enjoying it so much and would like to pay respect to it, like to a good drink; & b) am actually suffering it (have you ever heard the term ‘cinéma martyr’?), and also like to swallow it -s-l-o-w-l-y, that it can be reduced to 0 (not finishing even 1 in 24 hours).
SO I can watch as many films as I can stand (one after the other), and have done it (approx. 6 to 8, depending also of the movie’s length).
Man…I just did four yesterday and that was intense. The first two weren’t that good, so I almost stopped there. Thankfully, the second two picked up the slack.
On average 3-4.
More than 12 in one day would be pushing it.
lol more than 12…
capacity of your attention won’t hold all that content.
the most I’ve ever watched in one day was 3 films each day, for 2 days for a movie marathon. I had to stop because it was starting to give me a headache
2 is my limit
If I don’t have school most likely two…maybe 3, depending how long they are. So if I watch a 3 hour film early in the day, I’m most likely only going to watch only one more for the rest of the day because these things can become taxing after a while. I can probably watch 3 lh 30 min. movies though if they’re all that short. The other day I watch 4 movies (Boudu Saved from Drowning, Les Mistons, The Color of Pomegranates, and Closely Watched Trains) and they were all relatively short but at the end of the day I was kinda tired from all that sitting on my couch so I don’t think 4 a day is a good idea for me personally.
Three is my limit. My ass hurts if I sit too long.
I can watch 3 but I rarely watch more than 2 unless I’m at a film festival. The it goes up to as many as 6 depending on the length.
5 on a day that I’m off and have nothing to do.
2-3 most days.three is usually my max
Malik
I’ve watched Scarface and Speed Racer 5 times in one day. I can probably max out 3 different fiction movies in a day. I can watch good documentaries all day though. With breaks to eat and go to the bathroom.
