I hate to sound like the do-nothing basement dweller I am, but that’s a really awful name for a project. It sounds like a bunch of Slipknot-loving 14-year-olds.
I’m still really looking forward to the EP.
History: HtDA
It is a direct reference to the band Coil.
Trent has always been a big Coil fan/friend(as everyone should be!) and has worked closely with Peter Christopherson – and with John Balance’s ‘recent’ death it is probably more of a memorial to his late friend than anything.
I was only passingly familiar with Coil; I’ll give them more of a try. Ditto West Indian Girl; I’m a bit more curious where this is going.

HDA, is a new ‘side project’ from Trent Reznor, including people such as his wife, Mariqueen Maandig-Reznor and Atticus Ross. They have an EP coming out Summer 2010.
