Is Criterion's Tokyo Story dvd OOP?

I just was browsing Amazon and I discovered that it no longer has any copies in stock, and it doesn’t look like they are planning on getting any more. The cheapest new copy on the Amazon marketplace is 50 bucks, usually a clear indicator that a film is OOP, and Criterion’s website says the film is on backorder. Is this so? Because if it is I really need to buy it asap.

Think it’s out of print. But it’s of the same vintage as those Fuller discs, and they’re getting rereleased and all…suspect the early Suzuki Criterion’s will be out again soon, and better.

Man, I would love for some Suzuki Blu-Rays.

Just import the BFI BRD!

Because this was released from BFI, you can probably expect a Yasujiro Ozu Criterion release on Blu.

I bought a copy recently, I guess just before it was discontinued, so I got lucky. They have new and used ones at Amazon, but in the $30 to $50 range.
