I’m on a Mitchum kick. Deborah Kerr is very good here also.

Barry Lyndon 3/4 – I don’t know what to say about this movie. It’s like Kubrick is incapable of making two movies in a row that I love. I’m not saying it’s his worst film, but it’s not a movie I’d revisit anytime soon.

Stranded- a documentary on the Andes plane crash of Uruguayan rugby players. Yeah, the one where they ate each other to survive. I thought it was very well done and showed a much deeper side of the situation than was ever shown in the much more commercialized “Alive” from a few years back. 8/10

I went back to some Tim Burton films, namely “Batman” (7/10) and “Batman Returns” (8/10). I also saw “Ed Wood” which is one of my favorite films (10/10). Ended up also watching Stanley Kubrick’s “2001, A Space Odyssey” (10/10). At the theaters last one I saw was “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” (6/10).
