Well, the final shot of Cronenberg’s THE FLY isn’t enigmatic by any means (DRAMA: OVER), but the level of emotional devastation on display is pretty overwhelming to the point of confusion.

I loved that movie when I saw it many years ago. It was quite mysterious I think. Good one :-)

I found the end of The Rapture very anguishing, and also mysterious.
