yeah. i agree. feed my addiction mubi!
Definitely agreed!
I don’t know about an an app. but they definitively need to make a “mobile”/“iPhone” version of this site, it takes ridiculously long to load generally. Also, it’d be nice to watch streaming movies on an iPhone …
every time i swipe my finger across the face of my iphone in order to navigate around mubi.com i hope and pray that the developers are listening to our please… give us iphone access or give us death…
hello guys.. we hear you. currently working on our iPad application. it’s going to be sweet. mobile/iPhone development is slated for end of the year. we currently get 5% of our traffic on mobile, and it’s growing so we will prioritise this accordingly. thank you!
+1 for Android. While it’s true that there’s a higher percentage of high-quality apps on the Apple App Store compared to the Android Market also means that there’s a huge gap to be filled; and any high-quality app that comes along to fill that gap will be heavily promoted by the Android Market, Android phone manufacturers and the more active Android users.
I’m on board with this! I was looking for one last week, hoping vainly for one that is Quicktime rather than Flash based.
PS: That’s great news, Efe!
I can see my profile and the forum from my Droid based phone just fine. The movies is another story. I would love to be able to see previews on my phone.
I would buy an ipad for MUBI; if only I was active, as I used to be and as I want to be!
+1 for Android version…please
There’s a free “MUBI Quiz” app available in the Android market. It’s fun but is also very difficult (as we should expect it to be, I suppose).
I will buy and Android phone for a mubi app alone…+1!
+1 too ! Even if it’s not an application at least a mobile version would be amazing <3
Hi all, please show your support for this feature at our Get Satisfaction page http://support.mubi.com/mubi
I believe there already is a topic on it — vote it up!

Want to reference the costume designer for a Hitchcock film? Want to have a discussion about why Taxi Driver should have won Best Picture? Want to watch the trailer for Amelie (aka: maybe the happiest film I have ever seen)? Want to do this all on the go, no matter where you are?
In short I’m trying to say that MUBI needs a Smartphone application.
Who’s with me?
