I don’t think it is an acronym. It doesn’t stand for anything. It’s just a terrible, unfunny and not-at-all-cute joke on how some people from non-english speaking countries pronounce the word “movie”. It’s gibberish. It doesn’t mean anything. It’s stupid and it doesn’t have anything to do with either the style or personality of the rest of the site. Even if it was an acronym, it would still be a stupid, ugly and terrible name for this place.
