Sounds good Dennis. The concept of the film has always sounded interesting, but never got around to it.

I also really like not having to pick a film on my own. The last time it took me several days and I factor in a lot of things particularly trying to figure out if everyone will like the pick. Now I’m not worried about it.

I’m glad people like it. I think it makes things more fun and could offer up some pretty diverse/embarrassing picks. I’m interested to see what you thought of And Soon the Darkness.

And when I say embarrassing, I’m really talking about myself. I may have just lucked out with this one.

Oh, well my Netflix streaming is through my bf, so our queue has both my films and his films in it. So when it’s time for a film to come from my queue I’m sure the embarrassment will surface.

I’ve been needing a nudge to get me to finally watch this movie, like a lot of movies in my queue (i’m a person that spends a lot of time deciding what I want to watch on netflix rather than watching). I’ve heard a lot of people call it one of the greats. Should this work for y’all?

i don’t think they have netflix in australia, lecinema. ^ sorry i missed the party, truth is i couldn’t bring myself to watch it again. i want to remember it how it was when i was a kid :) i’m not a fan of heston at all but i gotta respect him for this, soylent green and omega man. he was a big ham but he didn’t take himself too seriously
