OOP Titles 50% off on Amazon

Have you guys seen this? I don’t know where the heck Amazon got these, or why the heck they decided to sell them so cheaply, but they did, and they are. My guess is that a Criterion hoarder died and left his estate to Amazon. I bought the Fallen Idol yesterday ($15) and I’m debating whether or not to upgrade my dvd of Pierrot le Fou to blu.

Thanks for this info. I ordered and received six OOP titles. I honestly thought this was some error on Amazon’s site but it is legit.

Yeah I couldn’t really believe it, either, but, sure enough, I got my copy of the Fallen Idol five days ago! I still haven’t opened it, so does anybody want to give me $100 for it?

Just because these titles are OOP doesn´t amazon have to charge more?
It´s not in their intrest, usually the private sellers on amazon have higher prices than amazon themselfs. The private sellers wan´t to make a good profit, amazon still makes a good profit and it cost more for them to hold on to old titles instead of selling the lot.

That´s what I think.

Sorry ´but the bad spelling :-)

I ordered Contempt and Peeping Tom. Those are two titles that are hard to find in good condition for less than $20 anywhere so they are sure bets.

Just received Contempt today.
