@Volupte — she has a beautiful and expressive voice, melancholy in the way I like it.
This song just breaks my heart. When she sings, “Maybe I’ve been dismayed. Maybe that’s the truth.” it captures a whole lifetime of loss and regret. I love the way she sings the word “backyard.” And in addition to her haunting melancholy voice, she was and is one of the most beautiful women on the planet.
